How does Carzuno work?

A Carzuno subscription is easier than buying or leasing a car. One flat monthly fee includes your next car, insurance, maintenance, servicing, tire changes, and taxes for a single monthly payment. Most of our cars can be delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours. We work hard to make the whole experience easy and hassle-free. This is what getting your own car should be like.

A subscription has a few key advantages over a lease. Insurance, maintenance, servicing, tax are included in the monthly price of a subscription, so there’s no need to manage and pay separate invoices. With a Carzuno car subscription, there is no deposit at all. A lease often requires a larger upfront down payment. A car subscription is more flexible as you can choose to subscribe for 1, 6, 12, or 24 months at a time, where a typical lease usually starts at 24 months.

Usage-based expenses like Fuel, Parking fees, Electronic Road Pricing Tolls, Car Wash etc are not included in the monthly subscription fee

We have a wide range of the latest cars with the newest technology available on subscription. These cars are owned by Carzuno Fleet Partners. Search among our cars and find the perfect one to suit your needs and lifestyle.

After you send in your booking request, a Concierge will validate your documentation and payment details, contact our Fleet Partners to confirm the availability of your car, and then reach back out to you to confirm the booking before processing the payment.

Most Carzuno cars have unlimited mileage. Some specific models may have mileage capacity due to requirements from Carzuno Fleet Partners. Please refer to your rental agreement or contact concierge@carzuno.com for more questions

Yes, Carzuno can provide a logcard of the vehicle. You can apply for season parking using the vehicle logcard and rental agreement

Yes, you have to pay for your tolls. In Singapore, tolls are automatically deducted from a cashcard inserted into the car's IU device.

You can either choose to pay via bank transfer methods or all major credit/debit cards (at 3% surcharge). We would require you to setup a recurring bank transfer or Paynow to us for the subsequent month's payments 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. We accept local and international Visa and Mastercard as valid payment methods at a Surcharge of 3%. Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions.

A deposit may be applicable for Bank transfers or debit card payments. For Credit Cards, there will be no deposit required.

The subscriber agreement is between Carzuno and Subscriber and governs the use of the Carzuno platform while the rental agreement is between the Subscriber and Fleet Partner and governs the use of the vehicle

Carzuno cars are not eligible and not permitted to be driven on ride-hailing services like Grab or Gojek

Most Carzuno cars are eligible to be driven to Malaysia. However, written approval from Carzuno or Fleet Partner is required before the trip. Refer to the rental agreement for actual Malaysia use insurance excess and/or additional Malaysia use charges.

Carzuno is currently available in Singapore. Our cars can be rented by Singapore residents (SC, PR, EP, DP, WP) with valid driving license

Subscriber Eligibility

We require our subscribers to be at least 25 with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Please contact concierge@carzuno.com if you don't fulfill the driving requirements. We can consider your appeal on a case-by-case basis

A Singapore citizen or permanent resident can drive in Singapore only after you obtain a Singapore driving license. If you are holding a driving license issued outside of Singapore and you hold a Student Pass, Employment Pass, or Dependent Pass then you are allowed to drive in Singapore with a valid foreign driving license for a period of up to 12 months. The start date of these 12 months is the date you entered Singapore for this pass. For e.g., this date would not necessarily be the date your pass or visa was issued. It could be the date you entered Singapore prior to the pass was “issued”. After 12 months of the entry date, holders of the above-mentioned passes must convert to a local Singapore driving license. New Singapore citizens and permanent residents must convert their foreign driving licenses within three months of obtaining citizenship or permanent resident status.
Insurance, Servicing and Maintenance

All Carzuno cars are sourced through reliable Singapore-based Fleet Partners who have been operating for at least 10 years in the market. All Carzuno cars are covered by Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance procured by the Fleet Partners.

Yes, there can be excess applicable for insurance. The excess can vary for Carzuno cars. There can be an additional excess applicable for Malaysia use. Please refer to your rental agreement and email concierge@carzuno.com if you have any questions

Comprehensive insurance is included with every subscription so there’s no need to provide your own.

Yes you can, subject to age and driving experience. Some insurers some will require additional charges for each additional driver. Please write to concierge@carzuno.com to check with us.

If your car is due for maintenance or servicing, you can contact us and we will schedule a date to arrange for servicing at the respective workshop.

Tyre replacement due to wear and tear is our responsibility and is included in your subscription. If you get a puncture or a cut tire on the side of the tire, you will have to bear the cost of the tire replacement. Tyre replacement required due to negligence is not included in your subscription

If your vehicle prompts you for servicing or if the servicing mileage is due, you may contact us via concierge@carzuno.com and we will assist you to arrange for servicing.

Managing your Carzuno Subscription

The applicant subscriber needs to be present upon vehicle delivery to present their ID card and sign the Fleet Partners' rental agreement

We deliver during business hours: Morning (9am-12pm), Afternoon (12-3pm) and Evening (3-6pm)

We aim to deliver most cars within 1 business day. In some cases, e.g. brand new cars we may need up to 14 days to deliver the car. The Carzuno Concierge will be in touch with you with regard to any details of the delivery. We deliver during business hours, 6 days a week. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays because of Fleet Partner operating hours.

Every Carzuno subscription car comes with 1 key. A second key is retained by the Carzuno Fleet Partner in case there are any issues. Copies can be made at an extra charge. Please contact concierge@carzuno.com for further information

Your subscription is set to auto-renew unless you inform us otherwise at least 7 days before the end of the subscription period. Please contact concierge@carzuno.com for any changes. The Subscription may be extended for such period (if any) as may be agreed by the Company in writing, subject to variations in pricing.

At the end of your subscription, we’ll thoroughly inspect your car. You may be charged for any repair or refurbishment that’s needed outside of fair wear and tear. The car needs to be returned at the same fuel level as it was at the beginning of the subscription period. Please clean the car inside and out and make sure you return all headrests, mats and anything else that came with your car when you received it. If the tank is almost empty, the car is dirty, damaged beyond fair wear and tear or anything is missing, there may be a fee. If you do go over your mileage allowance we charge excess mileage for each additional km in accordance to the rental agreement

You’ll be charged for your first payment once your subscription is confirmed. It’ll cover your first month’s subscription cost.

Your monthly payment date is based on when you received your subscription car. For example, if your car was delivered on the 15th, your future payments will be automatically taken 5-7 days before the 14th of each month.

You can change your payment method after logging into your Carzuno Dashboard > Billing > Payment Methods

If you're trying to make a payment but it’s not going through: Please call your bank to check if they’ve blocked the transaction. Try adding your card details again. This will probably solve any system errors. If you've tried all of the above and are still unable to make the payment, please contact us at concierge@carzuno.com

We’ll always email you before charging your card. Your card may have been charged for a number of reasons: You may have unpaid subscription payments on your account. There may be outstanding charges such as penalty charge notices, admin fees, accident excess and vehicle expense requests. You can view your Billing History by logging in to your Carzuno Dashboard and going to 'Billing' section. You can update or change your payment card at any point during your subscription by going to ‘Billing' in the Carzuno Dashboard

When you incur a traffic offense that is routed to us, we will furnish your details to the relevant authorities. Please settle the offenses before the given deadline or the offense may be compounded requiring you to pay a higher fine or attend court proceedings. For tickets or summons that have been incurred against you (e.g. Parking ticket, when you are stopped at a police road block), those violations/penalties should be resolved by yourself before the given deadline.

Please contact concierge@carzuno.com 72 hours before the end of your current subscription package with the details of the car you would like to switch to and we will make the necessary arrangements subject to the availability of a car at Carzuno Fleet Partner. Pricing will depend on the selected car.
Accidents, Breakdowns and Damage

You will be responsible for the charges to reinstate the vehicle to its original condition just as you would if it was your own vehicle.

If the vehicle shows any signs of problems or if there is a car breakdown, call the 24 hours breakdown number that is located on the decal in the top left corner (interior) of the windscreen.

Breakdown assistance is provided but charges will be incurred for damages that are due to negligence, poor upkeep of the vehicle or due to poor handling of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to tire cuts, punctured tires, damaged rims, depleted battery due to leaving the vehicle not started, stone chips on windscreen etc.

Please contact the 24 hours breakdown service located on the decal in the top left corner (interior) of the windscreen and they will assist you. There may be additional charges for replacements or for sending the extra keys down.

Courtesy or replacement cars are provided with most of our fleet partners and subjected to car availability. There are some fleet partners that have more specific car replacement policies that exceeds certain hours before a replacement car is provided. Do check with us and we will be happy to check for you.
